Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Patucia. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Free shipping on all orders in the USA and International deliveries.

If your item is in stock it will have a handing time of between 1 - 2 working days( Monday-Friday) and will be we aim to despatch all orders within 3 - 4 working days,( Monday-Friday) but will ensure you are kept updated. 

  • Our Order cut Of time is 3 pm every week

We use carriers to ensure your item gets to you on time. We can offer Monday delivery services where an item is needed. We also offer a special 2 man delivery service with the option of the items being unboxed and placed in your home for you - we’ll even take away the packaging!

We also display our ‘out of stock’ items so that you can notify us if you would like to be informed when they are back in stock.


Some larger items will have a standard lead time in the USA is 2-3 weeks for stock products, stock levels permitting. Items that are out of stock or items of customized stock in large quantities will be subject to a lead time of 8-12 weeks unless otherwise stated. 

We will ensure you are kept updated at all times.
